Terms of Service

These terms cover the pool service we provide and the use of this website. By requesting a quote, becoming a customer, or using this site, you agree to them. This page is written in plain English and is informational, not legal advice.
The services
Bright Blue Pool Services, LLC provides weekly pool service, chemical only service, filter cleans, equipment repair, green pool recovery, and drain and acid wash service across the West Valley, as described on this website. Availability and scope depend on your location and pool.
Quotes
Every quote for weekly service or a one time job is given in writing before we start. Verbal estimates are a starting point, not the agreement. If a repair or extra visit is going to cost more than what was quoted, we tell you and get your approval first.
Term and cancellation
Weekly service runs month to month unless we have agreed to something different in writing. Either side can end service, and we ask for reasonable notice so we can plan the route, but there is no long term contract holding you in.
Payment
Payment is handled through our customer portal, where you can pay by card or ACH and set up AutoPay. Invoices are issued on a regular schedule, and unpaid balances can result in a pause in service until the account is current.
Weather and access
Monsoon storms, extreme heat, and other weather can shift or extend a visit, and we will let you know when that happens. We also need reasonable access to your pool to do the job, whether that is a gate code, a lockbox, or a clear path. A locked gate, a dog left out, or another access problem on your service day may mean that visit gets rescheduled.
Limitation of liability
We take care with every pool and every property, but pools, equipment, and weather come with some risk that is outside anyone's control. Our responsibility is limited to performing the service we were hired to do in a reasonable and professional way, and we are not responsible for pre existing equipment issues, damage from causes outside our service, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from these terms or our service will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or our business change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
