Litchfield Park has two different pool ages living a mile apart, and we service both the same week.

The original town around the Wigwam and the historic district has pools going back decades, shaded by mature trees that most of the West Valley does not have. That shade is nice for the yard and rough on a pool. Leaves and seed pods land in the water year round, not just during monsoon.

A few miles out, Blackstone at Litchfield Park and Zanjero Trail are newer golf course communities with pebble finishes, water features, and salt chlorinators that run different maintenance math than a 1980s plaster pool. Litchfield Greens sits in between, older lots with some updated equipment.

Mature landscaping around the historic district drops leaves and pods into pools year round, on top of the usual monsoon debris from June to September.

Hard water still finds you under the shade

Calcium heavy tap water builds the same scale on tile here as anywhere else in the valley, tree cover or not. Heaters take the brunt of it.

Blackstone's newer pools still need a real schedule

Newer does not mean maintenance free. Salt cells and pebble finishes need their own balancing routine, and we bring that to every Blackstone stop.
