Sun City Grand is one of the largest 55 plus communities in the West Valley, and its pools tend to be well kept but aging, original equipment from the 2000s finally needing attention. Owners here want a set day, a set tech, and a clear answer when something is wrong, not a sales pitch.
Marley Park and Ashton Ranch are newer, built for families, with pools that see heavy summer use from kids and get more sunscreen film, more toys in the skimmer, more chlorine demand than a quieter 55 plus pool. Sierra Montana and Rancho Gabriela and Sun Village fill out the rest of a city with a genuinely wide range of pool ages.
We run Surprise as two different kinds of routes under one company, because a Sun City Grand pool and a Marley Park pool do not need the same visit even though they are five minutes apart.
