Pool service for a Laveen that is still filling in.

Laveen Farms, Rogers Ranch, and Cheatham Farms sit on what was, within living memory, actual working farmland along the Salt River. Most of the housing here dates to the 2000s and later, which means pools that are still young by valley standards, but the neighborhood keeps growing fast enough that we are picking up new construction handoffs regularly.

Montana Vista and Laveen Meadows round out a community that still borders some active agriculture and open land on its edges. That mix of farmland and rooftops means fine dust and organic debris reach these pools a little differently than in a fully built out suburb, closer to what we see out in Buckeye than what we see in central Glendale.

Laveen homeowners tend to be first time pool owners more often than the older West Valley cities. We spend a bit more time here explaining what we are doing and why, which we are glad to do.
