This page explains what information Bright Blue Pool Services, LLC collects through our website and as part of running your pool service, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It is informational and is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on our site, request a quote, or become a customer, we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, service address, any details you share about your pool or your request, and whether you checked the optional box agreeing to receive text messages. We do not collect information from you beyond what you choose to submit.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and provide pool service, send your reports and invoices, and answer questions about your account. That is the whole purpose. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
Skimmer, our service software
Once you are a customer, your account, service history, chemical readings, visit reports, and billing run through Skimmer (getskimmer.com), the pool service software we use to run our business. Skimmer processes and stores that customer record and billing information on our behalf, and you may access parts of it directly through the customer portal.
Hosting, security, and spam protection
This website is hosted and protected using Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes some technical information, such as your IP address, as part of delivering the site, blocking abusive traffic, and keeping it secure. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser and does not show you puzzles.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages get viewed and how people find us. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects usage data like device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are, and its advertising features are not enabled. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason. It is used to run your pool service and communicate with you, not to be traded to third parties.
Calls, texts, and email
By submitting a form on this site or becoming a customer, you consent to receive service related calls and emails from us, including scheduling updates, visit reports, and billing notices. Text messages are separate: we only text you if you checked the optional text message box on a form or otherwise asked us to text you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop that type of message. Consent to receive calls, texts, or email is never a condition of purchasing service from us.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet our own recordkeeping needs. Form submissions from people who never became customers are kept only as long as needed to follow up.

If you want to see what information we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email hello@brightbluepoolaz.com or call (602) 538-7338. We will work with you directly to sort it out.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our business or our tools change. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
