Estrella sits along the Estrella Mountains with its own lake, marina, and clubhouse, one of the more distinctive master planned communities in the entire West Valley. Homes here run newer, mostly 2000s and later, with pebble finishes and salt systems common across Starpointe, Silverado, and Presidio.

Being close to a large open water feature and undeveloped mountain terrain means these yards catch more blown debris and dust off the desert than pools sitting in the middle of a fully built up city. We check filters here on a tighter schedule for that reason.

The Reserve at Estrella and Waterside are some of the newer sections still filling in. New construction pools need their startup chemistry watched closely in the first year or two, and we handle a fair number of those handoffs straight from the builder.
