Verrado leads the way here, a large master planned community with its own Main Street, and pool after pool of pebble finish and salt chlorination coming out of the same handful of builders. New does not mean simple. Salt systems still need cell checks, and pebble finishes stain differently than plaster if the water gets out of balance.

Sundance, Tartesso, and Festival Ranch are filling in fast with young families and back yards that get used hard every day school is out. Sonoran Verde and Watson Estates round out a city where the desert is still visibly close, open lots and farmland sit right next to new rooftops.

That open desert edge means more blowing dust reaching pools out here than in the older, more built out parts of the valley. We factor that into how often a Buckeye pool needs its filter checked, not just how often it needs a skim.
