Arrowhead Ranch and Sierra Verde went up mostly in the 1990s and 2000s, planned communities with HOA rules around pool fencing and equipment screening that we work inside every visit. Stetson Hills and Cholla have their own mix of ages depending on the block.

Then there is Historic Catlin Court and the neighborhoods around Sahuaro Ranch Park, some of the oldest housing stock in the West Valley. Pools out there can be original 1960s and 1970s plaster shells, more prone to staining and rougher surfaces after decades of hard water, and they need a gentler, more attentive hand than a five year old pebble finish does.

Glendale is also close to Westgate, where a lot of shorter term rentals and second homes sit empty part of the year. Those pools need someone watching them even when nobody is swimming, which is exactly the kind of route we run well.
