Bright Blue Pool Services

For HOA boards and community associations

The pool item comes off your board meeting agenda.

Chemistry in range, documentation on file, and a vendor who tells your board the truth about the pool instead of a story.

The board stops hearing about it

Pool complaints should not end up on the agenda.

In a lot of communities the pool only comes up at board meetings when something is wrong: cloudy water, a complaint email forwarded around, a resident asking why the gate was propped open again. That is usually a sign service is being handled on a shoestring, not run.

We run the pool so it does not generate that kind of meeting. When something does need the board's attention, we tell you directly and early, not after a resident already has.

Inspection ready

Your pool is inspected. We keep it in range.

Community pools are semipublic under Arizona Administrative Code Title 9, Chapter 8, and Maricopa County Environmental Services inspects them. Chemistry out of range or a missing log can close a pool on the spot, in the middle of summer, with residents locked out. The full chemistry ranges we test to are listed on ourcommercial services page.

Residents notice

Complaint calls drop when the water is right.

A lot of what generates a resident complaint is not really chemistry. It is a gate that does not latch, cloudy water on a Saturday, or furniture that has seen better days. Clear, balanced water handles the biggest one on its own.

The rest is not our scope to fix, but it is our job to see it. If a gate, fence, or piece of pool equipment looks like a problem waiting to happen, we tell your board directly so it gets handled before a resident, or an inspector, finds it first.

Board friendly reporting

A report you can forward, not decode.

Every visit is documented and timestamped in plain language, so a board member without a chemistry background can read it and understand exactly what happened.

One thing we say straight because it protects your association: the daily testing and the daily operating log are the facility's legal obligation, not ours. A scheduled service visit cannot satisfy a daily testing requirement by itself. We document every visit we make and train your on site staff to run the daily log correctly, so the whole picture holds up if anyone ever asks to see it.
